So 2026 is off and running. And my #1 goal for the year – playing a lot more LIVE, has NOT got off to a good start. My cunning plan of starting a serious networking and communication drive has just not happened. A combination of perhaps setting too lofty January goals (31 live jams streamed daily AND my usual 4 Bandcamp releases), plus just ‘life’ has got in the way. And the best part of February is going to be spent on family visits abroad so I really am going to have to move on this when back!!
On more positive notes…🎶🎶🎶!!! JAMuary 2026 has been a blast. I have a few end of month jams to catch up on, but will have hit my target of 31 live jams. And from these 31 jams, I also have had the source material for my 4 Bandcamp releases as part of my weekly R.A.W. series.
And I also managed to get a remix off. I haven’t done any remixing for ages, but when I saw that one of my favourite producer and Live performer duos – Klartraum were running a remix competition for their classic track – Pain Relief, I had to get on board. Check out my take on this beauty here:
Ok, that’s it for this month. I have to get back to the studio to wrap up my last few JAMuary jams.
